These terms apply to your use of beamlyshop.com and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
BEAMLY operates this online store. The quickest way to reach us is the contact form; messages are answered by a person, normally within one working day.
Orders
Adding items to your cart is not a binding order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included — see our Shipping Policy.
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We do not see or store your card details.
Delivery
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivery normally takes 7–15 days in total, depending on your country. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and cancellation
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, in addition to any statutory cancellation right. See our Refund Policy for how returns work.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and infographics are illustrative — projected image size, brightness and sound depend on your room, the surface you project onto and the ambient light. Technical figures quoted by the manufacturer, including brightness in lumens, are the manufacturer's own ratings; LED projector brightness is not measured against a single industry standard.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property
The BEAMLY name, the content of this site and its images belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password secure — you are responsible for activity under it. Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to disrupt it for other people.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
