Delivery
Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum spend and no hidden handling fee.
Orders leave us within 1–2 working days and arrive in 7–15 days in total, depending on your country. Every parcel ships tracked and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
Import duties or taxes set by your own country are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Plug type
You pick your plug — UK, US, EU or AU — on the product page, and we ship the matching one. The power supply itself is universal (100–240V), so only the pin shape differs.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Message us through the contact form with your order number and we will send return instructions and the address.
Items must come back complete, in a resaleable condition, with all accessories and the original packaging. On a change-of-mind return the cost of return postage is yours; we recommend a tracked service.
Faults and damage
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo or short video. We cover return postage and arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra working days to show it.
Cancelling
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
