How long it takes
Orders leave us within 1–2 working days. Delivery then normally takes 7–15 days in total, depending on your country. The window is confirmed at checkout.
Every parcel ships tracked. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
Customs and import duties
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Delays
Customs checks and carrier backlogs occasionally add a few days. If your parcel has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, message us through the contact form and we will chase it or replace it.
